THE BIRTH RELEASE WORKSHOP:

How we were carried in the womb, how we entered the world, and how we were received at birth can shape us far more deeply than we often realise.

Many of the beliefs that follow us through life - “There isn’t enough space,” “I’m stuck,” “Everything is happening too fast,” “No one is there for me” - often originate in these very first moments of our existence.

Birth connects us to the essence of who we truly are.

In this workshop, you will revisit your own birth - from conception to delivery - and gently recreate what needs healing by reshaping the experience.

This takes place in a beautiful, safe environment where professional guidance creates a space characterised by trust, care, and healing, with time for reflection and deep inner processing.

When this life energy is welcomed back, it can release deep reservoirs of vitality that naturally return to your body and flow back into your life.

About the method and the facilitators:

The Birth Release method was created by Ebba Boyesen, based on biodynamic psychotherapy and the pioneering work laid by Gerda Boyesen (1922) of Norway. Gerda Boyesen is widely regarded as a pioneer of modern body-oriented psychotherapy.

The workshop is led by Line Denneche, a biodynamic body therapist since the late 1990s. Line studied at the Gerda Boyesen Centre for Biodynamic Psychology and Psychotherapy in London and has since worked with individuals, couples, groups, and training programs. She is the founder of the Norwegian Institute for Biodynamic Psychology and Psychotherapy (NIBPP) and the creator of BT-TR (Birth Trauma – Release Therapy).

Eileen Murray, a biodynamic body psychotherapist since 1996, is the organiser of this event and will assist during the workshop. Originally from Ireland, she now lives in Sweden.

Participants will get Continuous Professional Development CPD certification for the Birth Process workshop.
